Why Choose a Women-Only Annapurna Base Camp Trek?

Picture trekking through the Himalayas with inspiring women, sharing stories, and motivating each other toward a common goal—all while immersed in stunning nature and conquering challenging trails. The sense of safety, comfort, and camaraderie is the hallmark of women-only treks. It's an ideal way to form global female friendships or rebuild trust in them if past experiences have been challenging. Beyond the bonds and support, summiting ABC is a monumental personal achievement.

A Safe Space for Female Adventurers

Many women hesitate to trek solo or in mixed groups due to safety concerns. Our women-only treks eliminate these worries, allowing you to explore the Himalayas freely. Despite assurances from travel companies, we understand the reluctance to trek with men, so we organize dedicated female-only groups annually in Nepal.

Empowerment Through Shared Experiences

Reaching ABC is transformative, and we want every woman to feel that power. Trekking with other women lets you witness diverse backgrounds and ages overcoming obstacles, fueling your own motivation and resilience.

Breaking Stereotypes in Adventure Sports

We're thrilled to see women challenging male-dominated adventure sports, especially in the Himalayas. Dynamics are shifting, with more females tackling rugged terrains and summits. Our treks encourage this shift, inviting women to harness the empowering essence of high-altitude adventures.

Supporting Local Women

We prioritize female involvement by selecting women-run accommodations and services, and striving to hire female guides whenever possible.

Tailored for Women's Needs

Our itinerary and services are customized for women's physiology, health, and hygiene, ensuring high success rates and satisfaction.
