Overview

Langtang Valley trek is a combination of a remote but spectacular Langtang region where Lake Gosainkunda resides on the lap of the mountains. The lustrous green forests, the beautiful Himalayan ranges, and the Langtang National Park area all highlights this trek and make it an exquisite experience. What makes this trek unique is the people residing in these highlands of the Langtang region. Though Nepalese, they are the descendants of Tibet thus this place gives a unique taste of both the Tibetan and the Hindu Culture and lifestyle. There are numerous Gompas and Monasteries along the way. Langtang Valley is the neighboring Himalayan region from Kathmandu Valley easily reached on few hours’ drive. One can easily notice the change in lifestyle upon reaching this region. What accompanies along the trail is the beautiful rhododendron forests, bamboo, majestic waterfalls and the snowcapped mountain ranges. This trek offers mesmerizing views of the Langtang range, Ganesh Himal, DorjeLakap, Nayakanga, and Langshisa.
