After your morning breakfast, you will be received by your guide for the sightseeing at Kathmandu. The sites you will be taken for are:

SwoyambhuNath Stupa: Located on the top of the hill, Swoyambhunath Stupa is a Buddhist holy site also known as the Monkey Temple. The dome-shaped Stupa with eyes on all four sides is absolutely beautiful. The view of the whole Kathmandu valley from the top of the stupa is breathtaking. 

Kathmandu Durbar Square: Located at the heart of Kathmandu, Kathmandu Durbar Square is one of the ancient palaces in Kathmandu Valley; Patan Durbar Square and Bhaktapur Durbar Square being the other two. The Durbar Square comprises of a palace, a courtyard, the temples and various statues.

Pashupatinath Temple: The holy Hindu temple, Pashupatinath is the temple of Lord Shiva and also comprises of many other temples. This UNESCO world heritage site is magnificent in structure and the holy Bagmati River that flows alongside is where cremation rituals is performed.

Boudhanath Stupa: Situated to the northeastern outskirts of Kathmandu, this is another holy place for the Buddhists. The dome, mandala, pinnacle, the umbrella, and the whole Stupa itself is a true works of art and beauty. Recently renovated Stupa post-earthquake gives the serenity in the crowded city.

We wake up early today for the mountain flight. An hour of mountain flight will give an insight of the snowcapped Himalayas, the beautiful Kathmandu valley, the hills and many more. After the early morning flight, you will be taken for the sightseeing at two medieval cities of the Kathmandu Valley; Patan and Bhaktapur.

Patan Durbar Square: One of the best attraction here is the ancient royal palace of the Malla Kings of Lalitpur. There are various other temples such as Krishna Mandir, Bhimsen Temple, TalejuBhawani Temple etc. and the Patan museum to explore.

Bhaktapur Durbar Sqaure: Bhaktapur was the capital of Nepal during the great Malla Kingdom.Bhaktapur has the best-preserved palace courtyards and old city center in Nepal and is listed as a world heritage site of UNESCO for its rich culture, temples, and wood, metal and stone artworks. You will be taken to the attraction sites such as Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Nyatapola Temple, BhairabNath Temple, Dattatreya Temple.

After breakfast, depending on your travel choice, you can either opt to fly or drive to the famous city of lakes, Pokhara. You can confirm about the flight/drive during the booking confirmations. The flight takes approximately 25 minutes whereas the drive takes you around 7 hours to reach this popular destination. We spend full day exploring the beautiful city of Pokhara. Early morning we drive to Sarangkot Hill for the breathtaking sunrise view over the Himalayas and above the clouds. After breakfast, we get prepared for a full day sightseeing at Pokhara. We enjoy walking along the bank of Phewa Lake and admire the stunning reflection of the Fish Tail in the waters of the lake. Paragliding in Pokhara

Paragliding in Pokhara gives the opportunity to experience an aerial view of the Himalayas. Can you imagine sharing the same air space with the Himalayan griffin vultures, eagles and kites as you soar over the rivers, Lakes and villages? The mountains Loom over you to your north and below you the landscape is dotted with paddy fields and hamlets. Probably that’s why Pokhara is amongst the hotspots for Paragliding in the world. The flying season commences from September through February, November and December being the best months. Sarangkot is graded as one of the top five-paragliding destinations in the world.

Ultra-light Aircraft in Pokhara

Ultra-light aircrafts offer breathtaking bird's-eye view of Pokhara valley and the surrounding mountains.Flights take place from sunrise to 11 a.m. and from 3 p.m. to sunset every day provided the weather is not rainy. In the half an hour flight, one can fly over Pokhara city, Phewa Lake, Sarangkot hill and get close to Mt. Fishtail. Another option is the exploration of Annapurna range from 12,000 feet or higher in an hour.

World Peace Pagoda Hiking

World Peace Pagoda is situated at the height of 1,592 meters above sea level. It is close from Pokhara valley and very popular for one day hiking. It is a best view point to see Himalayaparallel and closely without going up to the mountains. World Peace Pagoda is generally cool, even during the summer months. This is an interesting hiking through forest of rhododendron and oak trees, terracedfield accompanying by the view of the lake and the mountains. It takes 2 hours walk gradually uphill after crossing PhewaLake. The view up there is exhilarating. After returning back to the Lake side, the rest of the time can be spent relaxing and chilling by the beautiful lake.

Today we take an early morning breakfast and drive to Chitwan, 140 kilometers from Pokhara and a 5 hour's drive into the plains. We check in to the hotel as soon as we reach Chitwan where after getting refreshed you will be briefed about full nature programs by our nature guide. We get ready for the activities at Chitwan. We go for a guided village walk and a walk on the banks of the Rapti River to watch the best sunset and the changing color of the horizons from the sub-tropical jungle. In the evening, we go for a dinner with cultural program by the Tharus- the ethnic tribal people with their stick dance and tribal drums.

The Chitwan National Park has been declared as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The early morning breakfast leads you to the National Park for a jeep safari or an elephant safari. You can spot wild buffaloes, rhinoceros, deer’s, peacocks and many other animals during the safari. We have lunch after the jungle safari and head out for a canoe ride at the Rapti River. You can spot the reptile’s viz. crocodiles, ghariyals, birds viz. cranes, etc. during the ride. Later in the evening you will be takes for the visit to the elephant breeding center. You can see the elephant being trained by the Tharus. You can also see the ethnic Tharu people, their villages, the typical customs and traditions etc. during the jungle walk. The rest of the evening can be spent watching sunsets from the river bank and spending wonderful time at Sauraha.

After breakfast, we start our 178.38 kilometers drive back to Kathmandu. The best way to enjoy the sceneries and the view of the country side is by choosing the left pane of the vehicle. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will be transferred to the hotel. The rest of the time at Kathmandu can be used and utilized to stroll around the Thamel area, buy gifts, souvenirs etc. the evening can be spent leisurely and have the best dinner at the evening.
