On your final day in Nepal, begin with a leisurely breakfast and enjoy some free time to explore, do any last-minute shopping, or simply relax. By mid-afternoon, we’ll come together around 3-4 p.m. for a special farewell event—a hands-on cooking class that provides a flavorful dive into Nepali culture.

This three-hour class is as much a cultural experience as it is a culinary one. We’ll start by selecting fresh ingredients and learning traditional techniques to prepare iconic Nepali dishes like momos and dal bhat. Working together, we’ll create four authentic dishes, savoring each bite while reflecting on the incredible memories and friendships formed throughout the trek.
