Highlights of Ghorepani Poon Hill Trekking:
Ghorepani Poon Hill Trekking can be enjoyed throughout the year, but the best seasons are spring and autumn when the weather is stable and mountain visibility is excellent. Odea Services recommends trekking during these periods for the most comfortable walking conditions and breathtaking Himalayan scenery.
Spring (March to May) is one of the most beautiful times for this trek. During this season, the hills become colorful with blooming rhododendron flowers, Nepal’s national flower. The pleasant temperatures, clear skies, and fresh mountain atmosphere make the journey enjoyable. Autumn (September to November) is another perfect season, offering crystal-clear views of the Himalayas and comfortable trekking trails after the monsoon rains.
Winter trekking is also possible for adventure lovers who enjoy peaceful trails and snow-covered landscapes. However, mornings and nights can be colder, especially at higher elevations like Ghorepani and Poon Hill. The monsoon season brings heavy rainfall, but the region remains green and attractive for trekkers who prefer fewer crowds.
