Trip Itinerary

Day 1 : Heading to Chitwan

The hotel representative will pick up you from the Chitrasari (the last bus station), or Bharatpur Airport (if you arrive by flight) and transfer to the lodge or hotel or resort where you will be offered refreshment and a short briefing on your program. Then after you will be allocated your room.


13.00: Have a Launch

15.00 : Your activity will start with village tour to a nearby ethnic Tharu village where you will able to know about the culture, tradition and daily lifestyle of the Tharus people. You will continue your trip visiting to the National Park Visitorโ€™s centre where you can learn more about the history of the National Park and wildlife. You will take pleasure from the Sun set view from the bank of Rapti River as well.

19.00 : You will enjoy the Tharu cultural dance program (you will also allow to participate in the program) presented by the Tharu community or you will observe the slide show presentation about the wildlife in Chitwan.

20.00 : Have a dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 2 : Full day jungle safari enjoyment

06.00 : Wake up call and refreshment.

06.30 : Have a breakfast.

07.00 : Leave from the hotel for Canoe ride along the Rapti River, the canoe ride provides an excited opportunity for Bird Watching and seeing the 2 rare species of crocodiles; the Marsh Mugger and the fish eating Gharial. Your trip offers you Jungle Walk. On the way back to hotel you will enjoy the elephant bathing in elephant bathing center.

13.00 : Have a delicious lunch at the hotel.

15.00 : Departure for Elephant Safari, this is the best opportunity to see four different kinds of deer, rhinoceros, wild bore, monkey, leopard, sloth bear and the Royal Bengal Tiger (If your luck is favorable). You will also encounter many other smaller mammals that have made Chitwan their home.

19.00 : Tharu cultural dance presentation or Slides show presentation.

20.00 : Have a dinner and overnight at hotel.

Day 3 : Departure from Chitwan

06.00 : Wake up call and refreshment

06.30 : Have breakfast and you will visit to the Government Elephant Breeding Centre.

10.00 : You will be drop the Chitrasari (last bus station) or Bharatpur airport (if you have a flight to Kathmandu)
